中文編碼說明 The BIG5 Coding of Chinese

中文字是由兩個 bytes 所組成。第一個 byte 一定大於 127。
The BIG5 code takes two bytes to identify a Chinese character. The first byte is greater than 127. (>=0xA1 in hexadecimal)

編碼的範圍如下：
